Wellen Park development dammed Gofried Creek causing storm surge that used to be absorbed by Taylor Ranch to flood hundreds of homes that had never flooded once since their construction in 60’s. They caused many families & retirees to lose their homes permanently leaving them zero equity because they must now spend $350,000 to Raise their homes 10 feet off the ground to comply with current building codes
At least the new residence of Wellen Park Won’t have to worry about their land being flooded anymore

I am a realtor, we don't need more homes. Stop ruining the land. Also I live off clark and have well water and a pond. My pond is always dry never was before. I. Afraid of my well going dry from new construction using underground water for Irrigation

Flooding was always a problem in Calusa Lakes. Please clean out ditches and Fox creek as soon as posiible but before the next hurrican season

I urge a continuous cleaning of Phillippi Creek which Breached its banks in August during tropical storm Debby flooding driveways along Linwood drive and Arboreal circle.

I have lived on the Key for over 43 years and in my current home for 36. Helene brought 2 feet of water into my 1st floor and Milton destroyed the roof. Up until now, I never had a problem.
