One of these victims was a young family member. This is a travesty and someone needs to step up. This judge obviously has blinders on. Had I been in the area of the attack on my cousin's child the matter would have never seen the inside of a court room. If this judge found it necessary to sentence me so be it . However this 3 senseless tragedy would have been avoided.

This dog should have been put down after he viciously attacked the first child. Sadly another little life was scarred forever by this animal which many would have thought would be evidence enough that this animal should be put to death but no, judge Hatcher released this animal back into its owners care to reek havoc on another victim; This time he's attacked adult female. Seriously enough of is enough put this monster down!!

Any dog that bites, especially repeatedly needs put down! I was bitten in the face as a small child and to this day remember and do not trust dogs.

My grandson was one of Diesel victims.The newest victim is in the hospital with severe injuries and infection.It is very sad this dog was allowed to be given back to the irresponsible owner.The state had all the evidence and witnesses to show the mind-set of this dog.We were shocked when it was ignored.
