This animal needs euthanized before another innocent person gets attacked. Next child may not be So lucky.

This lady is LUCKY it is my child bc that dog would have been 1.) been shot or 2.) his head stomped in by my husband.. absolutely NO EXCUSE for this sorry POS to keep this vicious animal after it attack 3 ppl and ONE of them being her GRANDSON!! Pathetic!! If I could I'd sign this petition 100x over! Brandy I'm praying for u all and for this to be put to rest!

Any dog that bites a child or the elderly that bad should be put down

I am a dog lover. I would normally NEVER sign a petition like this. HOWEVER...this dog has not been properly socialized and I feel that it is in the best interest of all involved and any future victims (because there will be more) to have this dog humanely put down. If it were my child...I probably would have shot the dog.

I love animals and it really hurts me to say "he needs put down " but from this story he will continue to bite so therefore he needs "humanly" put down.

Please put this dog down

One of my neighbors has a dog which looks just like this one, and is also named Diesel. He has chased me several times.

As much as I love dogs in including mine. Years ago we had a dog that actually tried to bite someone. My husband put him down. I am an animal lover and always have been but when it comes to the safety of children number 1 or others I cannot and will not put an animal's life first.

The so called grandmother needs to have criminal charges filed against her for lying to law enforcement ,saying the childs injuries were from falling and not a dog attack. She also should be sued for damages ,pain and suffering caused by her vicious mutt.

Don't get why he wasn't put down the first time for VICIOUSLY attacking someone...guess 3rd times a charm

How could a grandmother do nothing after that dog bit her grandson? Sounds like a piece of work. "Justice for Connor and others"

Okay, troll. 1. The dog was put away where he could not get free without someone doing so when he was left with his grandmother. But sometime during the entire 10 minutes that the child was left with his grandmother, she let the dog out anyway and later admitted to it attacking the child 2. Comments like yours are deleted because of the ignorance that you have displayed on this very forum. You should ask questions before you make ASSumptions! 3. If you had any idea what this family has been through, you would understand why they believe that the dog should be put down for the best interest of the community and why they won't put up with your uneducated, sh!t opinions. But to name a few: Court, lawyers, fees, hospital bills, the child's grandmothers dragging the parents' names through the mud on social media for all of her minions to follow along and bash them too (including the latest victim who now sees the truth!!!), the grandmother not checking on the child's health even ONCE after the attack or even speaking to her own son, the judge returning the animal after he shot down the state's attempt to euthanize the dog after having all evidence (including the defense's admittance to the dog attack), and the most horrifying is watching their innocent baby, scared, hurt, and permanently TRAUMATIZED after this vicious attack! But you think that their primary concern is to take your advice and make an effort to save this dog's life? You are delusional. This dog needs dead because this family and these other victims deserve justice but more importantly, they will fight to the end if it could prevent someone else from being in ICU because an infection from a dog bite is making its way to their heart. So as you can see, there's no room here for your sympathetic comments for this beast. Human life is more important than any vicious animal's; end of story. All this way, just to leave this negative comment. Child Protective Services would laugh their asses off. If the judge or anyone else thought the parents were to blame, wouldn't you think the parents wouldn't have won in magistrate AND circuit court? Lol. Blame shift...blame everyone BUT THE DOG. Please volunteer to save him (to late he dies tomorrow ;) and ill sit back and watch you become the fourth victim. Then, ill blame you for taking in a dog that has a history of biting.

As much as I love my dog if he done this I as a mother and grandmother would not want to put another child or person in danger the owner should be charged with something .

That dog needs to be put down, I love animals but when a child is involved and a dog bites a child think of that child put that dog down! And it has bitten a 3rd person so sad but that dog has to go it will keep doing this. Love and prayers for the victims
