I support trans rights and my trans colleagues. What I don't see is what rights they lack. I do see a problem with self ID and the obvious conflict with the sex based rights of women and girls and the safeguarding of children.

Not surprised that an organization dominated by men should prioritise almost anything above the safety and security of women, and would support lesbian erasure.

Women have rights based on their biological reality, because biology is the reason they suffer discrimination. It’s time stonewall admitted that, and stopped supporting narcissists who demand an end to protections put in place for women. Trans women are trans women. 80% retain their penis and most remain heteroSEXUAL (I.e. they fancy women). They remain the same risk to women as any other biological male. And other biological males aren’t allowed in women’s changing rooms, showers and toilets for a reason.

There needs to be a genuine discussion about the issues. Its lazy, dishonest and dangerous for Stonewall to shut down debate by calling anyone a bigot who understands gender as a construct to be demolished rather than a way of living.... subjecting people to "norms" that damage women and men alike.

Open, respectful debate about profound changes to the law is essential in a democratic society.

I consider myself as someone who is inclusive and I support LGBTQ rights. However, I also work with violent men and understand how toxic masculinity works and the impact this has on everyone’s lives. Much of what is fuelling the current atmosphere is the same oppressive, aggressive toxic masculinity dressed up as something else. This needs to be discussed openly and honestly without fear of being branded ‘homophobic ‘. Discussion and respectful debate to move thinking and attitudes forward should never be shut down - nor should agendas be pushed through without critical assessment.
Come on people. We’re better than this.

Trans rights and women’s rights do not have to conflict, but you appear to be steamrolling over women’s and lesbian rights and, as a result, doing enormous damage to communities that you claim to represent. Liberal ideologies are no longer liberal when you try to force them on people.

Trans rights do not need to be at the expense of women and girls. We should be working together to find that solution. In a secular society we should be free to believe transgender ideology or not as we see fit, just like any other religion or political position. You can't police people's thinking and it's chilling that you are trying to.

Stonewall are encouraging the abuse and medicalisation of gay kids all to placate a variety of homophobes and fetishist adult men, many of whom are abusers - and shutting down all debate and input from the very people they should be listening to. They are a disgrace.

The trans movement is fuelling an erosion of women’s space, and the elimination of lesbians from the LGBT agenda. Stonewall should be ashamed supporting this
