This is disenfranchising so many lesbians who have king supported Stonewall.

Disgusted with Stonewall's policies on this and the fact that they're only presenting one side of the debate.

We need to talk, not to shout or belittle or denigrate. We need to acknowledge difference and negotiate the most sensible and respectful ways to maximise safety and validation for everybody. These negotiations must prioritise the healthiest compromises possible for all parties without abuse or hatred.

So-called "transwomen" are disgusting abominations against nature. They in no way deserve to be treated as real women. Why is Stonewall supporting this brain-dead totalitarian cult?!

It is not transphobic to disagree. Biology is a reality and women and children are at risk of harm from men who will abuse the GRA. And the men who want too hurt woman and children WILL abuse the GRA. You should be fighting gender stereotypes not biology. Instead you are only promoting gender stereotypes which are harmful to both sexes.

Stonewall should be ashamed of themselves.

Women are largely on your side - so please, give us biologically-born women the right to air our own concerns. We're not all 'transphobic', just trying to protect the rights we have fought so long to keep. After all, if you want to join us, then surely you should be supporting us in our long-running fight for equality, not putting us down?

Please stop demonising people who just want open debate.

Trans people's rights should be respected but not at the detriment of the sex-based rights of women and girls.

People can change sex in Law or biologically in any meaningful way.

Need to have an open discussion and work together to support the rights of natal women and trans people.

Because men cannot be women, and that is not hate speech. Because speaking truth has become taboo. Because women have been attacked, harassed, bullied, silenced, and even physically. Creating a hostile misogynistic atmosphere that should never be coming from the left. It's disgraceful how women, the worlds most marginalised group due to sexism, has been demonised here by people meant to b allies. It needs to change, now.

A timely petition. Speaking up for the rights of women and girls must not be silenced by being termed 'transphobia'.

I am so pleased that finally this is happening. Many thousands of women have been abused for speaking up about this proposals and being accused of transphobia. We just need public debate and proper information.
