Sex based protections keep women safe.

Why are women not allowed to say NO to men? Why can't trans people celebrate themselves and campaign for themselves without the need to take from women? Women have enough on our plates already and attempts to erode our boundaries in this way (and that of our children) is wearing thin.

About time this was challenged

Trans women are NOT WOMEN. Look at the facts. Sexual offenders in prisons. Inc rapists. 60% of ALL Trans prisoners in UK jails are inside for sexual offences rape, paedophiles. Compared to less that 5% of real female prisoners.

Time to stop demonising people who objet to the erosion of women's sex based rights and protections

Stonewall built it reputation on getting debates heard. It should not be discouraging them. If you want to change people's minds. Talk.

Stonewall your mission is supposedly to "win hearts and minds" on issues. I would suggest that your current position is more like a jackboot on the head. Funders and supporters must be starting to wonder about your stance. I don't believe you will survive this with any credibility in the LGB community longterm after your recent statements which as far as I can see undermine the very nature of being gay or lesbian. You were a great force for good, please rethink and quickly.

I'm in full agreement with trans right, but not at the cost of everyone else's rights.

This is a vital step to maintain Stonewall’s credibility, demonstrating a genuine understanding of a nuanced situation affecting the homo, heterosexual and cis communities.

Stonewall has forgotten us lesbians.

Women and girls must have single sex spaces.

The fact I feel the need to sign this petition anonymously says it all. I believe the current discourse is letting down young trans men and lesbians in particular. We need to have an open discussion without immediate accusations of transphobia.
