Can we please recognise that biological and socialization differences exist? It is gaslighting to deny science and it is at the cost of women's safety.

Women want and need their own, sex segregated, spaces. They have been hard fought for.

I am so saddened that an organisation I had respected & was once urged to be a consultant to has a ‘no debate’ policy towards the GRA Consultation. as an adult female lesbian I feel deserted & betrayed by this organisation.

The trans cult is an existential threat to women and is in fact a misogynist MRA movement financed by rich white men such as George Soros, Martine Rothblatt & James Pritzker along with Big Pharma. https://medium.com/@sue.donym1984/inauthentic-selves-the-modern-lgbtq-movement-is-run-by-philanthropic-astroturf-and-based-on-junk-d08eb6aa1a4b

Trans people should have equal rights of course. But not st the expense of women’s rights. You were a LGB campaigning group. I don’t see why trans rights are naturally part of that.

Who has seen this graphic with the trans identities under the transgender umbrella with "cis gender" people being uncovered in the dark and rain? scroll down on this link https://womansplaceuk.org/julian-norman-in-house-of-lords/ Apparently as a so called "masculine" woman, (and bisexual) I am under Stonewall's Transgender umbrella. No thanks. I am female. I am woman. My biology matters. I will not shut up or apologise for speaking about my biology. How dare transwomen try to make me do so. Neither will I call myself "cis gender" or "cis woman". I don't care about gender stereotypes and never have. I reject gender. How dare you "other" me, how dare you put these labels on me. Also, sex-segregated spaces are supposed to be based on SEX. Biological SEX. Not 'gender identity '. Not what someone simply claims by self-declaration..for safety and privacy reasons. Why can't people see, by letting everyone self-id you are opening up the opportunity for abusive males to take advantage.

The silencing of debate is unacceptable in issues of controversy. It is clear that Stonewall's position is not without serious contention amongst several oppressed groups, including people in the trans community. Along with women and lesbians, trans people stand to lose out from the association of their issues with aggressive and dogmatic rhetoric from a vocal minority which increasingly targets women. Stone wall should strongly reconsider their abusive policy.

I was a transgender ally under adult hetero intact males with issues dressing in extremely stereotypical caricatures of women claimed to "BE WOMEN". I got off the gender bus. It's more men telling women wot's wot.

Ruth Hunt, CEO of Stonewall UK, only has this agenda: "We are very open to taking whatever direction will be in the best interest of the Trans community." So this is Ruth's job now: To use Stonewall as a charity to crusade for the demands of Transgender Activists. Keep this up, Ruth, and continue to show that you willfully ignore the real concerns of all the people who had fundraised for your charity. Those people are upset that you side with the Transactivists who intimidate and bully like gangs. You have sided with men who behave like organized crime to women who speak up.

I am a transsex female. That is how I was born. It is a recognised medical condition for which I was rightly given medical care by the NHS. It is a born human existence. Defining my medical condition in terms of traditional oppressive social gender roles is highly offensive and oppressive to all females. Be they natal or transsex like me. For me, being labelled as a “transgender woman” or a person of the male sex who adopts a feminine social gender role i.e. a male in a dress; is not only offensive, it denies my very born humanity as a transsex female. In addition, I reject the notion of gender as a social construct. I am a gender neutral transsex female. What makes me a transwoman, is not a preference for frilly knickers over boxer shorts as Stonewall currently promote. It is the fact that I was born a transsex female, and just as with my natal sisters, I was forced to adopt an oppressive social gender role due to the shape of my genitalia. There is no male privilege for the transsex female forcibly raised male. I have a gender recognition certificate and a new birth certificate showing my corrected sex. Why? Because I have a transsex vagina. It is dangerous, immoral and illogical to suggest that a person with a penis, and a penis that they enjoy, use and wish to keep, should be able to have a birth certificate listing their sex as female, and granting them access to female only spaces. How many more females, natal or trans, must suffer psychological, emotional and physical abuse, all so that a cross-dressing male in a dress can have access to female only spaces? In short, I do not identify as a female. I am a transfemale. Time to free the T from LGB

You seem to be selling out the L in favour of the T in the LGBTAQ+ and you're doing a large section of your community a disservice. Your refusal to even listen to concerns is astounding.

Discussions on these matters need to be based on sound evidence. To shout down those who present opposing evidence is merely to demonstrate one's own bigotry.
