Good morning... I literally live across the street from the Carwash on Paola ave. Next to the church, and sadly I’ve seen residents moved out because of the loud noise at 2 am. There’s gang activity, property being vandalized and stolen and lots of drug abuse on the premises due to the lights being on 24/7 in the car wash. Please let’s make a change. I fear for my family’s life and others.

Changes need to be made to make this community safer! Way too much noise at all of the night and gang members hanging out selling drugs as well as Private property being vandalized. It’s time to make changes to protect our residents and to make our community a safe place for our family and our children!

Hi, I am a resident on Fithian Avenue and the sludge from the Car Wash makes for large bodies of water that form on our street, trapping debris and attracting flies and mosquitos. I'm asking them to fix the drainage issue. I also agree w/ the other requests to post signs about loud music emanating from cars, fixing vacuums for sound, and ceasing operation after 10pm.

I would also add that people shouldn’t BLAST their music during the day. It’s so hard working from home and having to make calls or being in meetings. It’s so embarrassing trying to work while having loud music playing in the background. I’m not saying people shouldn’t listen to their music; they should play it to a level in which THEY are able to listen and is considerate of the noise it causes for people that live NEXT TO THE CAR WASH! I also agree that they need to fix their vacuums. It creates a lot of noise and it also causes a disruption when trying to work.

The users of the car wash also have to be conscious of the loudness of their music at all times not only at night. There are people that come and blast their music that the whole community can hear it. It’s hard to work from home and having to deal with loud music that can be heard at a lower level.

The booming noise of blaring music from patrons of the carwash causes the windows in my house to rattle, especially at night. The carwash is part of our neighborhood, but certainly not neighborly.

The owners DEFINITELY need to step up and make changes! Another should be cleaning up the area regularly! People just dump trash from their car onto the ground and now it blows around into the street and it’s OUR problem!!!!! Clean up your act!
