Deaf sign language users deserve as a matter of right full access to the Judicial system. Anything less is discriminatory and in breach of their human rights both on a national level & international level.

This is outrageous... Shame on you, Judge Paul Kelly refused to allow a Deaf man to have a fair trial without an interpreter... We have a voice to fight for our human rights...

Put yourself in a deaf person shoes and try to understand the nature of deafness. If you go to the EU summit, you'll need an interpreter! So do we.

Every Case intended to have a FAIR trial.
Rep of Ireland are part of European rights.
Your justice system obviously fail due Deaf Human 's rights to have CROSS-EXAMINING.
No interpreter during cross-examing where Mr. X have defence to state.
It's very ironic Mr.X has to move to Dublin.

This is not right to any Deaf person like that not giving them their human right to have Sign Language interpreter to ensure that Deaf person has equal rights to be heard and seen too. Under the equality act this shouldn't be allowed to happen.
