Deaf People's right to Irish Sign Language Access in the Judicial System.

I am support this happen must interpreter to judge treat fair Deaf person rights to know court n witness with another person that every words to says true

A miscarriage of justice. I call on Judge Paul Kelly to resign with immediate effect. I ask Garda Commissioner to investigate conduct of Garda for mistreatment to accused. I also ask the Minister for Justice to set up public inquiry to avoid the prevention of this happening.

Deaf needs support by BSL Interpreter, as Human Rights. That's wrong the justice ignored the deaf person without interpreter, that's should be fair Equal and it's against the law - very naughty Justice.

That is absolutely appalling.this deaf person could not have a say on the matter without a interpreter. The Judge breached his contract! Full stop.

deaf have rights to get interperters for reasons.

Disgraceful in a Irish Court. And a Irish CITIZEN treated this way in his own COUNTRY. And the services that are readily available to all the Foreigners coming into our Country and living off the State. That Judge should be ashamed of himself denying that person his basic human rights ie. Interpreter being available.

Total disgrace for not having ISL interpreter for this person. It's wrong to have only one sided version and not to have another listened. It's a breach of human rights.

Signed because a fair trial,is a Human Right and access is SLIs is essential,to,ensure this with Deaf. Perhaps the Judge could read my article on Sign Langage interpreters in the UK JSB Tirbinals Magazine. It is on,the JSB web site.
