This should be a no brainer. and must get passed ASAP since allowing pot you smell it everywhere even when stopped next to a car at a light sooooooo that means they are high..

This bill gives a common sense solution to a current flaw in the legal handling of impaired drivers. Allowing law enforcement to arrest someone with the observable attributes of impairment, without putting a burden on the arresting officer to identify the specific substance causing the impairment, seems very reasonable.

Impaired driving is becoming more of an issue with the rise in drug use and the legalization of weed in NY. We have to close the loopholes and enable prosecutors to hold these individuals accountable.
