Something must be done about the rampant driving under the influence of Marijuana. It is so obviously a problem on the roads here on Long Island. I consider it akin to driving while drinking an open can of beer. Much more must be done to keep our communities safe from DUI drivers.

It should not be this hard to save lives with common sense legislation. How much more death and destruction can one state tolerate? The victims are NOT the people who choose to drive while impaired and are currently being protected.
