Too many families have lost family members due drugged driving. The defendant could not be prosecuted due to NY's antiquated drug laws.

It’s always the impaired person is the one to survive! People that are high or drunk and cause a serious accident, including death need to be held accountable with years of jail time!

My mother-in-law and her 2 friends were killed 8/10/2010 in a horrifying crash in Voorheesville, NY and the driver received a slap on the wrist. This 1966 law MUST be changed!

It is imperative that law enforcement have the legal ability to confront impaired driving. The new 'designer' drugs keep flooding our communities but if not on the 'list' cannot be charged, leaving New Yorkers in grave danger on the roads.
