Please change the law now. It's devastating the increase in fatalities do to drugged drivers. Too many families are suffering from the loss of a loved one due to drgged drivers. Change the law.

Sending prayers this bill passes. Our nephew was killed by a repeat drug fentanyl drug dealer/addict. Timothy Cameron Carpenter was the most pure person God could have on earth. He was stolen from us, please God let this pass to prevent other’s parents from loosing their child. We love you Rock

I 110% agree with this! Impaired is impaired and there are no tests for fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana etc! Let law enforcement do their job and keep the roads safe!
