We want to care for our teachers, not kill them.

I strongly agree, even more for the weekly testing for staff and students. Kids need to be monitored more closely with keeping safety measures done (mask and handwashing). I see it everyday kids not wearing mask properly and parents or staff correcting it. DCPS random testing isn't enough. It took about a month before my child was even tested. If we can't get it together then we need virtual until we can. Make it an option for parents who want it for THEIR child's safety. It should be the parents chose.

My school is open till Wednesday, December 22 with five students in the building and 7 to 8 staff. Three of those staff tested positive for Covid including myself.

I work with DCPS and my school hasn't been following the proper procedures when it comes to the children and vaccinated staff member. Their a weekly testing offered, the children has special needs so they haven't been tested at all in my class. Please just go back to virtual to protect these children it's not safe for them or us staff.

Keeps kids, families, educators, and all staff safe in these insane times.

All personnel and students over 12 should have to be vaccinated as well, in order for the safety of all.

REQUIRE a negative test to return! I want my kid and their great DCPS teachers to be safe!

Everyone needs to be as safe as possible.

DC/DCPS - make the investments necessary to return safely, and delay/use virtual until you do. Use CARES Act money wisely.

Go virtual teachers can't teach if they're dead!!!

DCPS needs to decide if providing childcare his priority or providing a learning environment and keeping the environment safe.
