I agree with most suggestions, & welcome the vote to see what a majority would reflect.

I would also like to discuss the proper usage of reserve funds and how storage parking units are handled. Whoever in architectural chair should have some sort of construction or building experience as a prerequisite to cut down on the unnecessary nonsense. Pool access year round- no life guard. Key card access.

Agree that some DCCR’s do need updating, providing a majority vote is achieved.

The only thing I think is odd is to change the interior of the garage to be possibly unfinished. I feel like our homes in this community should have finished garages, the only thing that would be an exception is a detached garage/shop. Either way I support the changes and hope to get the HOA into some more common sense practices and regulations. I should not have to give a landscape plan for my lot with specific plants and locations, especially when my section doesn't require we even have landscaping. Seems strange to me.

I would love to have chickens one day and I also love the term limit restrictions. No one person should serve too long. I also love the no garage interior finish.

Do not prefer to allow animal husbandry on smaller lots, such as ones on the south side of 306.

1st on any list should be to remove the onerous masonry on outbuildings that right or wrong, was put through inappropriately based on a few heads' input; poor judgment and breach of trust to community.

I would like to see bylaws reconsidered to be more friendly toward eco-friendly options regarding landscaping and alternative solar solutions like the SmartFlower solar option that is not unsightly and should be considered.
