I think it would be a good idea , if the 2 groups ( your group and 1 Mystic would combine ) because both groups have basically the same goals and large numbers of property owners will be required (67%) to get change. United We Stand Divided We Fall. I am not part of either group although I just signed your petition. My wife and I may be moving within a couple of years so our involvement will be limited but we wish you great success.

I do not agree with allowing chickens in our neighborhood as they are really a health and noise hazard. Chickens endanger our water table with their fecal matter and your children with the potential of intestinal worms.

Enough with baby sitting services. We should be able to control our own property since we pay the taxes, mortgages and beautify with our own money. It feels like we live in apartments with so many regulations that are ludicrous. Enough with helicopter HOA s.

I fully support the proposed changes to the HOA governing documents, primarily because they allow for livestock and poultry to be kept on acreage.
