Not happy with service, does not work on firestick app, does not work abroad, no option for 40 min highlights on Xbox, cannot download programs.

Been using GamePass in Australia for 10+ years with virtually no problems. The DAZN experience has been a total nightmare. It’s a horrible service!

I was hoping for a better user experience with the move, but this is a disaster! The only reason for staying is the lack of (legal) alternatives.

Australian now former subscriber to GamePass for years. DAZN has completely screwed up the service and has absolutely no care whatsoever that it has!

Absolutely shocking. Not sustainable. Every poor sod who has paid for this inferior service should be refunded immediately for false advertising. Class action time?

Had Gamepass when it was only NFL run, went though to deltare which started bad and got better, but this move to DAZN is awful. I cancelled my sub after preseason week 1. Really needs to be a whole lot better on week 1 of the regular season to convince me to come back.

So many of the issues should never have occurred and makes me think it’s an amateur outfit that doesn’t have any understanding of their users, is C-suite led, and doesn’t have the team in place run this.
Whether due to NFL or DAZN, the game in 40 / mini highlights are much worse this year too.
Some other smaller DAZN issues… Navigation and menu structure is awkward at best. Firestick app often starts with an error message about paid events merely on opening the app which is just annoying. No keyboard controls when watching on my laptop.
