DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

Absolutely shocking. Not sustainable. Every poor sod who has paid for this inferior service should be refunded immediately for false advertising. Class action time?

Had Gamepass when it was only NFL run, went though to deltare which started bad and got better, but this move to DAZN is awful. I cancelled my sub after preseason week 1. Really needs to be a whole lot better on week 1 of the regular season to convince me to come back.

So many of the issues should never have occurred and makes me think it’s an amateur outfit that doesn’t have any understanding of their users, is C-suite led, and doesn’t have the team in place run this. Whether due to NFL or DAZN, the game in 40 / mini highlights are much worse this year too. Some other smaller DAZN issues… Navigation and menu structure is awkward at best. Firestick app often starts with an error message about paid events merely on opening the app which is just annoying. No keyboard controls when watching on my laptop.

DAZN is terrible. It just does not work well at all and is a terrible decision by the NFL. I can't imagine anything worse than this as a sport streaming service.

We were promised an identical service. If this is still as bad at the start of the season, I'm asking for a card chargeback.

Worst App Ever

The worst app I have ever used. Wish I was told what I was getting before I was charged. I would cancel my credit card just to stop it. Give us back the game pass app. Why did greed have to get in the way of the rest of the world enjoying NFL. I have been a fan for 18 years it this is not fixed I will not be a fan any longer

Please remove the advertising. Otherwise Games in re-live-modus are not viewable. Very annoying.
