DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

I am now missing game in 40, on my LG TV, the app is not starting, I need to run it on a streambox.

Buffering and connection crashes makes it useless!

The Game Pass is terrible. I cannot watch a complete game without it returning to the home Page while play is in Action. I can hear the commentary but I have to go through three steps to return the game to my television screen. It happens throughout every game that I have watched this first week of the 2024 football season

Dazn is terrible and they need to go. NFL get your act together and get rid of these clowns or we will leave.

I used to be a regular buyer of the NFL game pass for years. But after dealing with Dazn I have cancelled my subscription because it is a garbage website.

Honestly.. F DAZN. Worst experience I have ever had trying to watch simple NFL games. Used to be great before they took it over. Now absolute trash. I was a HUGE redzone watcher. Now its hidden behind an even bigger BS pay wall. Ill find somewhere else to watch my games until NFLGP is out of DAZN hands. So disappointing.

I agree - poor product so I cancelled and went to sky.

Dazn is so expensive. There isn't even an option just to watch redzone. So now everyone will be searching for illegal streams.

I had my NFL Gamepass and I was very happy with it. I hardly saw any games live, but only replays with cut-out advertising and spoilers covered with black rubber bands on TV and tablet, because I no longer watch games if I already know the result. Yes, I'm definitely special in that respect. Everything was perfect for me. I was able to watch all the games of the season and download all the games from the last few years. The TV app came quite late, but in the end there was even a memory function integrated, as we've been used to on Amazon for years. Watch games on your tablet or laptop and then continue watching them on the TV at the same point. That was exactly what I needed. In addition, the Gamepass's offering was enormous. GFMB, Total Access, NFL Program, NFL Original, A Football Life etc. and everything available as a replay 7 days a week at any time, also for download. . I don't get anything close to that on Dazn, and it's a much higher price and, compared to NFL Gamepass, the quality is catastrophic. The mobile app is useless because it is not available in landscape format for tablets. It just gives you stiff necks. On the other hand, Dazn on the browser is terribly slow, it almost feels like you are back in the old ISDN days. The same thing on the TV. Slow, no comparison to the quality of the NFL Gamepass and it can take 10 minutes for the games to start and the recordings don't even have the advertising cut out. Having to watch advertising for products that you can't even buy here is pretty pointless. I have canceled my Gamepass and will watch the 2024/25 season on RTL, unfortunately. Sat 1 etc. have done a great job of that for years. I won't get an NFL Gamepass again until the NFL takes matters into its own hands again, with the same quality as in recent years. I want my GAMEPASS back!!!!!

After the Gamepass app DAZN is a huge step back. Almost unusable. You must really be a fan to watch games on DAZN. AirPlay does work randomly, the ad-free version of games sometimes appear, sometimes disappear, the UI makes it hard to find games, and a lot more

You meant to add broadcast selection. I am forced to listen to whomever they decide to broadcast, vs selecting Home or Away.

Absolute rubbish … worse than last year. Was trying to watch Games in 40 and the streaming was blurred and buffering worse than ever. Resorted to watch on ESPN with ads just so I could see what was happening. Please revert to Gamepass direct.

Completely agree. Made a good product significantly worse. The quality is bad and I miss not. being able to download games. Are you actually listening NFL. ???

We just want to be able to relax and watch games without the stress of constant buffers, low-quality streams, and extremely high prices!

DAZN is ruining NFL for Australians, it is a terrible platform.

Aug 2024 - can’t watch highlights or game in 40 of preseason games. Why is it difficult for DAZN to keep doing things in the same way as before? Very, very frustrating - considering switching to Sky as the DAZN experience is definitely not worth the annual cost

NFL gamepass on DAZN is shockingly terrible on Xbox. It lags whilst other streaming run fine on my xbox. It's really difficult to find the content I want (such as a game in 40) and sometimes the content just doesn't appear to be there at all. Half the time when I do manage to find what I want, it doesn't actually play, and then error messages show up in a foreign language (which I honestly think might be Latin.) Navigating videos once you do get them to play is so unbelievably clunky. It just falls way way way below what I would expect from a paid "premium" service. I think Im too far into it to get a refund this year, but I absolutely will not be renewing if they don't sort this out.
