Aug 2024 - can’t watch highlights or game in 40 of preseason games. Why is it difficult for DAZN to keep doing things in the same way as before? Very, very frustrating - considering switching to Sky as the DAZN experience is definitely not worth the annual cost

NFL gamepass on DAZN is shockingly terrible on Xbox. It lags whilst other streaming run fine on my xbox. It's really difficult to find the content I want (such as a game in 40) and sometimes the content just doesn't appear to be there at all. Half the time when I do manage to find what I want, it doesn't actually play, and then error messages show up in a foreign language (which I honestly think might be Latin.) Navigating videos once you do get them to play is so unbelievably clunky.
It just falls way way way below what I would expect from a paid "premium" service. I think Im too far into it to get a refund this year, but I absolutely will not be renewing if they don't sort this out.

DAZN stream is constantly buffering. Pausing the game to allow the stream to catch up does nothing. This is not an IP internet speed issue. DAZN own this issue. FIX IT NFL!!

Streaming quality is terrible. No Saved games to ipad - so stuck with bad quality. Jump Fwd/Back is too great.
Old Gamepass app was brilliant. Dazn is Rubbish!

All 22 is a must, 30 seconds intervals are not useful. Stream quality is bad.

The interface is terrible. The streaming wuality is poor even in preseason. Editing is sloppy.

I have to log out of my device and log back in every time I want to watch. This is hard to do when you have to use a tv remote to spell out your email and password EVERY TIME.
Last year was better, I had 10 devices with the app, only needing to use 1 at a time personally but opened without hassle then. Why this is happening now is painful.
