On top of the functionality issues listed in the petition, DAZN customer service is non existent. Theh took the full £150.99 instead of the 4 x monthly payments and I have been waiting 20 days for a refund!

I have watched all 3 denver broncos pre-season games in "game in 40", and I have lost count of the number of plays that are missing from the broadcast. Last game was more than 10, including the worst touchdown of the game.
If you go to watch a game relive, either "game in 40" og rebroadcast, you are shown the stats from the entire game next to the screen, before you can access full screen mode. Who thought spoiling the entire thing would be a good idea??!?

Ruined the NFL expereince for fans in the UK. This company is ripping customers off by charging the same price for less amenities on the app (no downloads, no half time or analysis).

Inability to download content and view live content while traveling is major downgrade in product functionality. The NFL should have performed due delligence and care to ensure feature parity before DAZN went live. If not possible provided a clear road map for it.

They took a full year's subscription yet I can't watch any nfl on my phone or firestick. Nfl game pass worked great, this is yet to even work!!!!!!

Living in Australia GamePass was the only I could watch all NFL games. Not sure why the swap to DANZ but this is almost unusable for me. No downloading, does not work on a smart TV, can not stream from my mobile device to a smart TV.

Long time NFL Game pass international subscriber. DAZN ruins it. When you are a person who travels you cannot use it in the countries you travel to since DAZN. Totally unacceptable. I will cancel
Subscription until it is back to the old way. In 10 Years ?

Not only is it a significantly inferior product (can't use while traveling, no game replays, no starting game from the beginning, no chromecast, advertising delays... among others) to previous gamepass, NFL handed my credit card info over and I had to create a login at DAZN JUST to cancel this crap. Awful.
