DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

DAZN via email in June told me that I deserved a lower subscription price as an ex Essential subscriber. Even after countless interactions they weren't able to update the subscription price. Last week they finally solved the matter: they wiped out my account

Installing on my tv doesn't work. To chromecast from my phone to my TV isn't possible since DAZN doesn't have a chromecast option. And on gamepass International we were able to see the commercials now we only see that same waiting screen from DAZN 1st time it was cool but from that point very annoying

I decided to not switch to the well-knowed shit that DAZN is. Ten beautiful years with the NFL Gamepass killed by some scumback in New York who was to lazy to do any research about DAZN

Not working with Chromecast is a deal breaker for me.

On top of the functionality issues listed in the petition, DAZN customer service is non existent. Theh took the full £150.99 instead of the 4 x monthly payments and I have been waiting 20 days for a refund!

I have watched all 3 denver broncos pre-season games in "game in 40", and I have lost count of the number of plays that are missing from the broadcast. Last game was more than 10, including the worst touchdown of the game. If you go to watch a game relive, either "game in 40" og rebroadcast, you are shown the stats from the entire game next to the screen, before you can access full screen mode. Who thought spoiling the entire thing would be a good idea??!?

I always downloaded games to watch while travelling. Miles worse.

DAZN ist killing football with this cheap service!

Ruined the NFL expereince for fans in the UK. This company is ripping customers off by charging the same price for less amenities on the app (no downloads, no half time or analysis).

Inability to download content and view live content while traveling is major downgrade in product functionality. The NFL should have performed due delligence and care to ensure feature parity before DAZN went live. If not possible provided a clear road map for it.

They took a full year's subscription yet I can't watch any nfl on my phone or firestick. Nfl game pass worked great, this is yet to even work!!!!!!

App doesn’t function on my tv and on 20% of the time on my phone.

Bring back the normal NFL GamePass !!!

Living in Australia GamePass was the only I could watch all NFL games. Not sure why the swap to DANZ but this is almost unusable for me. No downloading, does not work on a smart TV, can not stream from my mobile device to a smart TV.
