the final cherry on top of a completely incompetent service is the posting of full game stats beside the video window when you go to watch a game delayed. Mega spoiler

Such a downgrade in service! Less features and the quality is like watching sports in the early 2000's. Gamepass used to be so much better but it's not worth the subscription now

The price keeps going up and the service keeps getting worse. E-mailed customer service on an issue and it took twenty days for a response. Constant buffering.
Please NFL, care about your Canadian customers!

Low quality and no offline viewing is a huge step backwards. Gamepass was much better

Terrible app. And where are the 40 min game highlights? Will stop me watching games and flying the flag for NFL in the UK. Terrible move.

Terrible - they gave all our personal details to DAZN (how do you pronounce that stupid name anyway?) now give us a service much worse than last year for same price. Can't log in , as all devices used up (they're not), no Essential/Redzone only option. Plus much more. Terrible.
