Unfortunately we nfl fans in Saudi Arabia can’t watch the season because dazn is not available in Saudi Arabia. NFL game pass was our gate for the best game in the world. Now we can’t watch it

Have been a gamepass customer happily for years. Since the switch to DAZN the stream is pretty much unwatchable and crashes all the time. All other streaming services are fine. New Zealand so my only other option is overpriced Sky Sports with limited coverage.

This is what they said in the announcement: "You’ll find everything as you know, including the price." Price is the same but a major downgrade in features and quality - no downloads, no all-22, ads etc

The current viewing experience is unacceptable and frankly pathetic. It’s like nobody who ever actually used the Game Pass was consulted. Also, the condensed 40 min version is not what you get currently but rather a laege mix of highlights, which is definitely NOT a condensed game.

They automatically subscribed me to the service and have been trying to take money from my account Everyday the past month. I did not have an active NFL GamePass subscription. They are still trying, even after customer service said it was cancelled 2 weeks ago, but my card is blocked.

They truly F'd this up. They took something that worked ok on its best day, and trashed it.
- No Chromecast
- Flaky AirPlay
- 720 res (Come on .. Its 2023)
- No downloads
- Appalling support that lies
- Nothing but broken promises.

Shameful incompetence from the NFL and DAZN. Just another example of the NFL treating its fans as flesh-and-blood ATMs and not really giving a fig about the fan experience. Shameful on every single level.

Also, it does not work in most countries at all, and block VPN so there is no workaround.
