DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

Every interaction has been a nightmare. Still no refund, waiting weeks for it

DAZN app is horrible

I've been a loyal Gamepass subscriber for at least six years. Full length games should be without ads due to the extremely high price of subscription.

You need to allow the account holder to use it in different countries, especially international!

I live in Saudi Arabia. DAZN is blocked in our country therefore I cancelled my membership

Unfortunately we nfl fans in Saudi Arabia can’t watch the season because dazn is not available in Saudi Arabia. NFL game pass was our gate for the best game in the world. Now we can’t watch it

Bad service.

Have been a gamepass customer happily for years. Since the switch to DAZN the stream is pretty much unwatchable and crashes all the time. All other streaming services are fine. New Zealand so my only other option is overpriced Sky Sports with limited coverage.

This is what they said in the announcement: "You’ll find everything as you know, including the price." Price is the same but a major downgrade in features and quality - no downloads, no all-22, ads etc

I fully agree with everything stated

The current viewing experience is unacceptable and frankly pathetic. It’s like nobody who ever actually used the Game Pass was consulted. Also, the condensed 40 min version is not what you get currently but rather a laege mix of highlights, which is definitely NOT a condensed game.

Extremely disappointing as a new NFL fan. Please don’t let me down NFL.

Will cancel if not rectified, unwatchable!

They automatically subscribed me to the service and have been trying to take money from my account Everyday the past month. I did not have an active NFL GamePass subscription. They are still trying, even after customer service said it was cancelled 2 weeks ago, but my card is blocked.

Adding to the mentioned problems: the DAZN support does not help at all

Give us the old experience back. DAZN is just mishandling it

They truly F'd this up. They took something that worked ok on its best day, and trashed it. - No Chromecast - Flaky AirPlay - 720 res (Come on .. Its 2023) - No downloads - Appalling support that lies - Nothing but broken promises.

Shameful incompetence from the NFL and DAZN. Just another example of the NFL treating its fans as flesh-and-blood ATMs and not really giving a fig about the fan experience. Shameful on every single level.

Total downgrade from NFL Gamepass but still the same cost!
