The whole thing is terrible and I fully agree with what everyone is saying here. But the biggest thing for me is that the games are not cut after 12 hours. I used to really love watching the game the next day with no adverts, no interruptions, but now DAZN just uploads inferior content with not ad cutting. Absolutely not worth the money. Might as well just stream off sling box websites, the quality is probably better…

HATE DAZN...I couldn't even log into DAZN to change the payment info (ol card expired). At least i didn' t get charged but EVERYTHING about the NFL's move to DAZN stinks. I'm (we're) willing to pay to watch our teams/games. Just give us a good product. You had one with game pass.

£150 for an app that has gone backwards absolute rip off. Originally purchased the game pass so I could watch the Giants each week. The full American tv experience was great. Now it’s frustrating to watch, every time there’s a commercial break the DAZN screen comes up with the annoying sounds. Never knew a media company could take over the rights of another app and make it worse.

Very disappointed to read all these comments about how bad this service is. I am not subscribing for this reason until we get the old gamepass app back or DAZN offer the same service (american ads and all). At least reduce the subscription fee to reflect the offering.

Poor quality when it works at all, WAY too many advertisements, no special features such as coaches film, Red Zone, etc.

Yeah we all just want gamepass back. We want the US ads (we do not want euro ads or UK ads), the halftime shows, the presentations before the game, the NFL theme songs. We want to be able to start live games from the beginning, watch full game, game in 30 and so on. We want Chromecast support back. We want to be able to download games. We want to be able to watch games while travelling. We want original gamepass back. Unfortunately without all these things that we have had for so long it doesn't make sense to pay for gamepass. If something ain't broke, don't fix it. Can someone please teach that to the NFL. Have cancelled my subscription and will only return if gamepass proper is restored to its former glory.

This is such a massive backslide in quality compared to the old Game Pass. If the NFL wants to expand its international audience this is a horrible start. I agree with all 13 points of this petition. Such a disastrous decision from the NFL.

I too am very disapointed about the quality of DAZN.
Det cost of watching NFL outside of the US is very expensive, which is okey if the quality it good, but right now we are not getting an experience that even nearly matches the cost.
