Need to remove ad breaks for international customers watching on delay. Simply have to be able to start live games from the beginning spoiler free. The change to DAZN has sucked.

I don't usually sign petitions but goddamn DAZN is terrible. I've tried multiple times to get a refund and they simply disconnect from the conversation.

Worst app ever, had I known it was such garbage wouldn't of purchased will not purchase next season....I am contacting credit card to do a charge back as service is not close to what was expected for the $$

Horrendous experience since DAZN took over…I’ve even had to block them with my bank as they keep removing subscription payments even though I’ve cancelled some time ago.Terrible and unacceptable live and replay NFL games access with numerous issues.

Adverts still being in full replays are reason enough to not re-subscribe next year, which doesn't include all of the technical issues and crashes I've had at this early point in the season

They told me that I would get the same product as previous years. This was a lie and this is the worst NFL experience I've ever had. I definitely won't be subscribing again next year.

We were promised the same experience we had with the old NFL Game Pass. We have reached week 4 and the ad breaks are STILL not being removed from the full game replays. I don't want to watch or have enough time to watch the full and sometimes close to 4 hour replay - the old NFL Game Pass allowed me to watch the full replay of the Raiders game each week in just over 2 hours. So now I have to resort to watching the Game in 40 replay instead. So the exact same high price as before but for only 1/3 of the content I used to get! And to top it off, this week the Raiders @ Chargers Game in 40 replay lost sync between the video and audio, making it unwatchable during the 4th quarter. And I still haven't figured out why they automatically show the box score right next to the video without any apparent option to remove it. I have to avoid accidently looking at it by putting my hand over my screen every time I load up a game replay video. Why would anyone want to know the final stats for a game they haven't even watched yet?!

DAZN has been a disaster for Game Pass. Game Pass was known for not showing the game scores - with DAZN when I open a live game, DAZN goes directly to the current stream and not the beginning of the game - so the score is on the screen!
