DAZN has represented a massive downgrade in functionality and quality compared to Gamepass. It has been unbearable to watch in Australia. It cuts out often several times each game and I need to find my place again from the beginning.

What's in more need or a review is DAZN's inept service quality at increased cost.

Terrible app. In Australia, subscribed to game pass international and have had nothing but issues. Week 3 of the season and still trying to resolve issues. Last year no issues at all. 2023 why bother. How do I watch NFL in Australia. NFL treat your fans with some respect. Without the fans there is no game.

I don't understand how NFL has not been able to ensure que quality of their service. I could expecting from DAZN -very poor experience always- but NFL definitely should have ensure same quality for their customers.

Massive downgrade from last few seasons of GamePass in every way. It was obvious how bad it was straight away. Wouldn't refund as they said I watched more than 15 minutes.

Next year I'm not paying for this cr@p. This is not what I pay GBP150 per year for.
It's more expensive than Netflix and *so much* worse.
It's way worse than GamePass has been over the last 7 years I've been watching.
If you charge top prices, you better have the best service and the best experience.

Four weeks into season and nothing has improved . . . can't which a live game from the start, can't download, completed game full replays do not have the adverts removed, streaming is iffy. App is clumsy and not 'simple to use' like the old Game Pass. Will NOT be using this next season.

It is incredible how a platform that supposedly has an expertise in streaming multiple sports had the ability to destroy a product that was already done and well thought. I used to thing that the NFL Game Pass system was flawed, but that was before I used DAZN. Now, remains only good memories, specially of being able to watch a game after it was finished without the damn commercials.

Spoiler game stats automatically come up when you try to replay a game. Very non-user friendly platform. Significant step backwards from previous NFL platform.

What is the point of the app if you can only use in home country! Also no ability to open two games as was possible in old GamePass. Just terrible

DAZN is impossible to use. If I finally get one of the first games , when the game ends, I can’t get game pass to come back up and offer a choice of one of the later games.

WOEFUL SERVICE HAS RUINED THE GAMEPASS EXPERIENCE. Anytime Anywhere is a LIE. This is normally the cas e before but no longer. I subscribed this year like I hve every year for many only to find out I can only watch from the country I subscribed from after I had paid. I am a frequent travellor and cannot access what I was understanding I was paying for or I simply would not have joined. Please take the service from DAZN as many people are being denied viewing the game they love and are getting TRICKED into a different service.
