DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

Poor sound quality during the 40 minutes, you can hardly hear the audience, commentator is way to loud, ads during the full game experience. I haven't asked for this, nor did they send me a poll how I want the experience on dazn to be. Apparently people have voted for the authentic American experience with ads. Why would people want that, paying for ads on a paid subscription? You must be nuts to want this. Sadly this will be my last subscription. I will cancel it after the Super Bowl. Such a shame because this Dutchie is a big fan of American Football. Watching it since the eigthies when it was aired on Dutch television back then.

The experience using DAZN is terrible and putting me off wanting to watch games.

The lack of download combined with the country blocking is very annoying for people who travel quite a lot. Please either bring back downloads or allow me to watch overseas for a week or so.

fighting with DAZN for a refund as full match replays contain adverts etc, 4hours 30mins rather than 2hours 20min. NFL sort out this rubbish.

Game passon dazn is just utter garbage. like wtf. all great features have been removed and I am forced to watch ads on the full game replay. wtf

Dazn is utterly outrageous. I spent $300 on the gamepass and for it to be worse quality then a TV 20 years ago is shocking. You can barely use it via phone since it buffs every second and I have gigabit internet speeds. I also have trouble casting it as of course it's lagging and worst quality. 1/10, waste of money and had ruining all international viewership and the love of the game

Cannot believe how bad DAZN has made this! All they had to do was replicate the existing pass; instead they have made an ‘effort’ to take away existing features and make product unusable for my situation. No way I will renew next year.

DAZN sucks it was ok in Canada last few years but not with the whole world using DAZN it’s unusable you can’t watch shit

Audio has been awful. Missing the Scott Hanson audio on Red Zone, so audio associated with feeds randomly mutes itself. Lost field and ref audio stream on the Bills-Jags and Pats-Saints. Really a very poor experience since last year.

I have seen the commercial of Game Pass on DAZN but when watching on my Nevidia Shield most of the functions don't work. Also, when will they start broadcasting all NFL games in 4k resolution. As of now Fox and ESPN only have 920 and the others 1080. Some Superbowls have been broadcasted in 4k but its rare. This should change. Also please give us at least 5.1 sound output. Now it's only stereo.

I feel I have been taken back to 1997 with the constant stopping of the picture, cutting out of the sound and the blurry picture. This is not acceptable.

DAZN Is absolutely terrible. It is severely damaging the image of the NFL internationally. Also confirms that the NFL doesn’t really care about international fans

Dazn quality is terrible .

DAZN is the wrost partner you was able to choose from. Please cancle the Partnership and bring it back in its old form.
