NFL Game Pass is a complete mess soince using DAZN...all of the best features from previous years are gone and it is utterly archaic and clumsy to use. Incompetent idiots running the show now.

Terrible, streaming stutters, live play is 10 minutes ahead, video quality is poor. DAZN support refuses refund and doubts customer. This is my last season. What a rip off!

Stream Crashes are common. Every few minuits numbers appear in the stream. Log-in and Account Problems (Not solved by customer support)

I agree with all issues raised but also in Australia the buffering is constant. This is inexcusable for a streaming service.

Paying for so much less than I had before! DAZN is intent on maximizing profit while reducing quantity, quality content, and options. The old game pass was much better in every respect. Fans abroad are feeling like second class fans. Unworthy of the NFL

Other to all the things writen above, friday morning you can not watch full game from thursday... According to support it will be available in the app in 24 hours... what a joke, if I wanted to watch the game 24 hours late I dont need to pay 210 dollars for it...

I have been a NFL Gamepass subscriber for over 10 years ! I am EXTREMELY disappointed that the NFL decided to "farm out" their product to DAZN! It's a complete mess, not user friendly, Features are missing. I'm a hostage, because I have no other choice other than to subscribe to this inferior product. the NFL should take back ownership, but I know they won't, as I suspect they signed a minimum 3-5 year deal. Terrible!!!!

DAZN's cancellation policy is terrible and outright consumer fraud. They started charging $ for cancellation in the name of the notice period.
