Agree with statements made that the transition to DAZN has not been smooth. In early emails detailing the move we were promised the same experience, but so far this is not the case. Very disappointed with decision to move to this provider.
Are their any other legal alternatives?

Charged me £150.99 for a service I never signed up for or used. Have never used Dazn yet they are charging me and not refunding me. No answer to my emails. Bunch of thieves with no customer service. NFL you should be ashamed.

I have been a Game Pass customer since it's inception. The DAZN service is so poor, both in features and low quality. Why did the NFL do this to us?

I want download and travel options back. I travel a lot for business and so disappointed that I can’t watch on planes and I’m hotels while I’m away now. Considering cancelling

I haven’t switched to Dazn, I got a bad feeling from their mails and from the subscription process. NFL, you’re loosing loyal followers.

Can't use this service on all platforms and their help department have no answers. Can't add PC chrome to devices.

Evolution means that things adapt/improve over time. Gamepass has taken a huge backward step by going on DAZN. Losing the download service is awful for me, who likes to watch games on the train/on the move...
