Truly ruins the watching experience. I have not enjoyed watching my team and I have watched significantly less other games that in previous years to the point it might not be worth subscribing next year.

All games locked since 1st Dec 2023 despite active NFL Game Pass Season Pro subscription that cost 172 €. It all feels like a big scam. I've used NFL Game Pass for the last 12 years - smooth and no issues until DAZN took over.

Bring back GamePass! Dazn is the most dreadful, unwatchable, unstreamable waste of money which they won't refund because of their "terms". Money grubbing whores with a pathetic service that is bringing down the name of the NFL.

Game Pass was renowned for its superior streaming quality and reliability. Games were consistently smooth, with minimal buffering.

No watch from the start on live matches and game begins part way through on finished matchups before you have the option to change video type.

DAZN is terrible. Every time I have to check a message on my smartphone during a game, it closes the game. Then I have to find the game again, which defaults not to the game to Highlights if it´s after the game is over. A huge loss of functionality. And why is Gameday Morning not viewable as legacy material??

Several Bills games are blocked in UK, and on 24 hour delay! Why are you punishing us this way???? We are subscribers. Might as well watch on YouTube!

Please terminate DAZN! I watch NFL Network/Good Morning Football every day and the streaming constantly pauses and freezes, making it unwatchable! I had to resort to a “pirate” source, just to be able to get a decent and reliable stream to watch. DAZN is hopeless! This is nowhere good enough nor acceptable, at AUD$280 per year.

Game Pass was so good until DAZN took over. Constantly having issue loading games and trying to watch a full game replay (not 40 min version).
Generally just disappointed in this and want to go back to the old system.

Awful service. Finally have ad-free games but they cut important plays including field goals, touchdowns etc. NFL Gamepass was not perfect and at the moment, I won’t renew next year.

Terrible stream quality, won't restart video from last point, no fullscreen, no native Mac app. There are sites with illegal videos offering a better service.
