Loved game pass, all the shows no lag, game colour, ability to download the game all of it. Made me an NFL fan (UK). DAZN - seriously thinking of cancelling. Very very sad.

Pretty crap experience on DAZN. Why can't we download content to watch later e.g. on commute with no signal. Several times app has crashed it refused to play. It's rubbish. Bring back gamepass

This new carrier is shocking. You can’t watch a game on catch up with the same ease as before. The website is lumpy and often gives away vital information which spoils any excitement. Who puts up stats of the game when you want to watch a game on catch up? Ridiculous . I’ve paid for this year from the UK, however will not be renewing next year unless the website improves. No spoilers, ability to handle delays and a more straightforward choice when going in to games. Highlights, game in 40 or full replay ( no spoilers)

this product is awful. Have been a Game pass customer for many years and love the sport but find myself turning games i want to watch off because of the awful ads and the audio/video mismatch and today we lost the half time show to see the same garbage UK ads. Seriously thinking about not renewing next year

The inability to birng the NFL with me when I travel is extremely annoying as is the inability to use it on a device that has a VPN, all of my devices have VPNs, if I forget to turn them off first I am locked out of GamePass and I have to spend far too long on DAZN customer service each time

Remove adds for games like game pass used to do. It has ruined the NFL viewability this year

The forward/rewind function is very tedious - it should skip 10s everytime you press the button.
Also having an option for ad free full game replays would increase the experience tenfold.

App is a total desaster.
- After live game is concluded the stream is not available anymore for a long time
- Forward navigation sometimes does not work at all
- Streams switching sometimes to the end of the game to spoiler the result.
- Streams are not available.
- Links are not correct (selecting the Highlights of a game leads you to a total different game).
- Sound is not in sync to the stream
- Also had the issue to hear different languages played at once
- ...
Could continue the list, its distracting every week and takes away the pleasure to watch the NFL more and more.

Dazn is absolutely terrible, it is near impossible to watch games. There is soo many issues IT'S IMPOSSIBLE to list them all here!! Rate: 1/100

We are having such difficulty watching entire games on DAZN because we lose our connection 4 or 5 times per game (our Internet works fine with other sites) and continually need to reload. Yuk!!!

If it doesn’t change back to the game pass from last year, I will cancel my subscription.
