I hate the way have to watch a glorified screensaver in breaks now at least before we could see us adverts which is much better then what we have

The claim that subscribers can enjoy everything they could before is plainly false and I have already submitted a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority as there are a multitude of viewing options missing including but not exclusively - Crossed captions for deaf/HOH -All 22 which is the reason I choose it over a Sky sub. - No option to download games and watch on the move. - Customers having funds taken without authorisation - Poor quality production where ad blackouts cut put game footage There are more issues however I will refrain from detailing them. The claims for people resubscribe are false/misleading and borderline fraudulent

I have noticed a significant reduction of features and functionality since the move. A return to the previous platform would be beneficial.

The pregame and halftime analysis front the studio are not shown and they have a loop with pictures designed by kids with annoying background music
