I will never sub to any DAZN service for NFL games. It’s disgusting the way their customer service team lied about the monthly subscription to customers, taking the full amount without warning causing economic hardship for those people. They also took money from people’s back accounts even after people cancelled their subscription. This frankly amounts to theft and DAZN should be prosecuted as such! If we stole from them, we would be prosecuted why are they enjoying immunity from the law?

Worst streaming site always having blocked screen due to American advertising so miss the game when it comes back and took full payment without contacting customers

Whoever came up with the idea to move the Game Pass to DAZN has most certainly never had to deal with DAZN from a customer's perspective before, or they would've known how horribly this is going to play out.

Drastic improvements needed to warrant the pricetag. Right now, dazn is utterly useless. Gamepass has been taken 8 years back, or 8 years ago we could at least chromecast cast to the TV. That ain’t even possible now. Fix it.

DAZN is unfortunately not able to master the GamePass. They have ruined a great product.

Worse experience for more money. Game in 40 not available quickly enough. No way to download games. No coaches film. Can't start from the beginning of a game that's in progress. Can't Chromecast from the Android app. Google TV app requires constant sign in. Adverts before every video. Worse in every possible way.

U.K. subscribers being treated poorly again!

Looking to seek a full refund from dazn as the service is complete garbage. Will now miss out watching my team for the first time in 10 years.

I cannot find the DAZN app in the Saudi Google play store nor can I load it on my Samsung TV. I emailed the DAZN network and tried calling them several times but their number is always busy, and there's no option to hold for an available agent so it constantly disconnects. I respectfully ask the NFL to step in and investigate/remedy the issue as this is a problems that all my friends in Saudi Arabia share. We all had our credit cards charged by the DAZN Network but cannot access NFL Game Pass. This is true for Android users.

Game pass was brilliant. My wife and I love the NFL and both support different team. Due to this we don’t have time to watch both games every week so we used to watch the game in 40’. Game pass had the subscription that only aloud access to these and it was brilliant for us. I will not be paying the DAZN ridiculous price this year. It’s such a shame! why ruin something that was wasn’t broken and brilliant.
