I changed my subscription last year to essential as I only really watch redzone, but I keep getting harassed by DAZN for full subscription. I have always paid in installments in the past but they are constantly harassing me for payment in full. I got so hacked off that I cancelled my subscription, and have the transcript to prove it, and they still harass me daily!!

They took away the American commercials which are part of the experience. And replaced it with an animation that sends you to sleep.

Have cancelled subscription as it’s sub par. So poor of the NFL to have this contract in place

The service is flakey at best. I know it's pre-season still, and it's only been a few days, but this doesn't put confidence in anyone whose been used to Game Pass.

Buffers loads with annoying advertising
No US Ads
Weird setup. Can’t watch full past game simply, have to click into other things.
Pain paying for subscription, no way to pay this manually.

This product is SO UNBELIEVABLY much worse than Game Pass!!! I feel robbed of the best experience of my favorite sport! I am in Europe and this is the only way for me to watch it so PLEASE DO SOMETHING to make it as good as it was!

I hate the way have to watch a glorified screensaver in breaks now at least before we could see us adverts which is much better then what we have

The claim that subscribers can enjoy everything they could before is plainly false and I have already submitted a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority as there are a multitude of viewing options missing including but not exclusively
- Crossed captions for deaf/HOH
-All 22 which is the reason I choose it over a Sky sub.
- No option to download games and watch on the move.
- Customers having funds taken without authorisation
- Poor quality production where ad blackouts cut put game footage
There are more issues however I will refrain from detailing them. The claims for people resubscribe are false/misleading and borderline fraudulent
