Have not been able to watch an archived game from halftime (for example). I can spool ahead to where I would like to start watching, the stream starts (sometimes), and after 15-20 seconds, it automatically goes back to the beginning of the game. This is unacceptable to me.

Just can’t watch a full game without the us commercials. The ‘screen saver and shirt music’ makes watching a game un watchable

Was urged to subscribe an additional DAZN subscription (requested me to sign when opening the DAZN App) although my Gamepass subscription was already paid through August 2024. Why was ist necessary to subscribe a DAZN plan (which cost an additional 24,99€) which I will obviously not get back?

This season will be my last season, after 7 years GP member. Just because of that stupid extreme price explosion.

Not only is the experience itself much worse with aforementioned issues (720p streams? really?). What really killed my confidence for DAZN, however, was that the rest of the site was clearly not in a state ready to be released either. For over a month (and still to the day that I cancelled a week before pre-season), my profile page was an error message, no way to check/change subscription or auto-renewal, always have to go through the chatbot to make any changes. This product is not ready! Put it back to the already working service, please!

A very tumultuous start & personally speaking I’d sooner go without. There is zero care & attention here. The NFL will not be getting any money from me this season.
