Have not tried to use Danz yet but the horror stories on facebook are really making me wonder if it’s worth keeping my subscription going
And the fact I can’t use the app in other countries means I’m not going to be able to watch for 3 weeks in October as I am on a cruise round the canaries

This is the worst experience for watching NFL in the UK. I completely agree with all the points above, if I could get my money back I would. Until the service improves on DAZN, I won't be renewing. I would happily move back to NFL Game pass international even if that had it's own issues, it was far far better than DAZN

I have actively cancelled my Gamepass because of this. Such a huge downgrade in quality for one of the few services that made it easy to be a fan outside the US. Slouch a poor decision.

Number 7 is the biggest deal breaker for me. That video being shown during the commercials is annoying. Completely miss the TV commercials.

This leaves a very bad taste in a 65+ year football fan's mouth. It totally dirties the NFL. How could you possibly be part of something so horribly bad? How could you care so little for your ex-pat fans? You sold us out to a company that could care less about the NFL or its worldwide fans.
Little to no customer service. I was told my Sony Android TV is not compatible with DAZN, even with their app from the Google Play store. It worked just fine with NFL GamePass for the last 2 years. Please take it back and let us enjoy the same features we had with NFL GamePass.

There are more issues that weren’t mentioned above, however the message is clear. DAZN is an inferior product, not suitable to 2923 viewing

I could add the login issues on Smart TV’s and the impossibility of changing the payment method on the website for users that were imported from the original NFL Gamepass account
