I fully agree. What DAZN Made of the GamePass is not worth the money. Friday nights experience with the DAZN GamePass was one of the greatest disappointments ever. How can you turn a NFL game to a piece of sh**? Ask DAZN !
Elevator music instead of pre-game or half-time analysis, video quality from 2010, no downloading of content to watch offline....
You Call that "NFL GAME PASS – SEASON PRO"
That wasnt even an Amateurs performance.
I had the NFL GamePass for about 10 years now, and it was worth every dime (Eurocent). But not DAZN. If this doesn't improve quickly, this will be my last season as a subscriber - ridiculous! It’s a shame!

DAZN is a major step backward for NFL fans in Europe. They promise the ability to watch from any EU country they support. And then take that away as soon as they get your money. YouTube costs more, at least they deliver.

DAZN is awful and the apps are not fit for purpose. Customer services are a disgrace and clearly don't care that their respect for the customer is ZERO

Have not tried to use Danz yet but the horror stories on facebook are really making me wonder if it’s worth keeping my subscription going
And the fact I can’t use the app in other countries means I’m not going to be able to watch for 3 weeks in October as I am on a cruise round the canaries

This is the worst experience for watching NFL in the UK. I completely agree with all the points above, if I could get my money back I would. Until the service improves on DAZN, I won't be renewing. I would happily move back to NFL Game pass international even if that had it's own issues, it was far far better than DAZN
