DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

Terrible service and terrible customer service.

was a gamepass subscriber for 7 years before DAZN took over. Can't download content for offline viewing; essentially removing the sole way I watch games (while on the train and underground during my commute). Reinstate this feature and I will resubscribe ASAP.

Please give us back the American advertising..

Also, no memory of my team, what I’ve been watching. It’s such a poor experience. Uk adverts for gambling are repeating again and again. I HAVE NOT PAID £150 TO BE SHOWN GAMBLING ADVERTS NON STOP!!!

We are urging the NFL to take back ownership of the GamePass and continue providing a high-quality product.

DAZN is garbage, please take Game Pass back.

I am in Australia and the move to DAZN has been a massive downgrade. Issues I face are: 1/ cannot activate the Highlights, only mini highlights appear when selecting the highlight icon (using Apple TV) 2/ ads were not a part of Game Pass when watching recordings. Our time zone prohibits live watching so all viewing is recorded. 3/glitches when trying to skip ads, often sending the replay back to the start 4/ very poor quality streaming compared to Game Pass from the NFL 5/ I am not seeing value in keeping this subscription as it is not as good as what I have been getting previously. The price should be half based on the poorer quality

TERRIBLE service. Buffering all the time, sometimes shuts down when I try to fast-forward through commercials, etc, etc. So many problems. And now on Dec 31, 2023, the full games have suddenly disappeared. WTF? No way I'm buying this next season.

This service is the worst, buffers through have the game while I have 135 mbps service. Waist of money.

poor quality overall. Videos restarting on there own, videos startting at the end, buffering often, highlights not available soon after game ends. Overall much worse quality then when run by NFL.

I can't find older games in full length, which was really nice on NFL game pass. Overall, DAZN is unworthy of the NFL, destroys NFL's growth outside US. I've looked way less NFL games this year because of it. In addition, DAZN treats its customers like s... This way I'm not going to resubscribe to NFL gamepass, which makes me really sad!

Also paying for a service but often they only allow watch in 40 not the full game

DAZN is abysmal! 3 hours after games have finished, no highlights available. Every week is a mess.

Terrible product. Especially the Lack of a start from the beginning feature.

DAZN sucks the sweat of a monkey's balls.

DAZN is a much lower quality service. Very disappointing.
