Commercials, halftime shows, downloads, all22-tape, were all included and are not anymore, while the product was said to remain the same

I thought it couldn't get worse than the Delatre debacle but the NFL proved me wrong. Canceled my subscription instantly.

Try using DAZN in UAE, not possible.
You are unable to download the application on mobile device or your smart tv.
When you contact DAZN customer service, which is nothing more than a chat box, there staff becomes frustrated and ultimately ends the chat. This has happened to me on at least 8 to 12 different occasions.
Contact the NFL Customer Service and you will have the opportunity to send a voice message.
NFL Game Pass worked so well in UAE.
Luckily for myself and some colleagues we have access to the Armed Forces Network (AFN). Unfortunately many NFL fans do not have access to this resource.
Come on....NFL take some ownership and force DAZN to do what's right.

Can't watch it from my holiday address (1 to 2 months in winter) within Europe unless I take a second subscription? You're cray cray.
And whats up with the freaking non removing of commericial breaks.
If they would have been the original american ones, I would still object, but less.
Really seriously considering ending my aprox 10 year old relationship with NFL football (breaks my heart)

GamePass subscriber since 2009 -- the customer service from DAZN (due to living in a different country from my original subscription) is incredibly bad. I don't deserve to be treated like this, and the NFL is risking losing thousands of future $$$ from me by treating me like this. I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it any more.

Not friendly and difficult to find what you’re looking for. Not easy to swap between highlights 40’ games or full game. Hate the Clips between commercial break!!! Back to NFL Gamepass asap! M From Amsterdam

I agree 100%. I can understand that the NFL wanted to outsource the administrative tasks in the background, but the expected quality has not been kept. I am paying the same price and next season even more for a lesser user experience. I will be canceling DAZN after this season.
