DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

This product has now been downgraded for international viewers & it is very hard to watch My 7 year subscription history will now be terminated

Bring back the original GamePass, DAZN is screwing the NFL-Experience.

Cant even log in outside my country. Support agents quit chat when asking about cancellation and refund

Attrociuous management of transition with thousands of people being charged incorrectly and delivering a lesser product. Will not be subscribing until I see evidence all elements are restored and DAZN adds removed.

I always enjoyed Gamepass, the last past years I was even able to watch it on my smart tv. The experience now is terrible.

I am extremely unhappy about moving to DAZN, I have no personal grudge against the company but if you provide a lesser quality product than the one I used previously that’s gonna tick me off, especially if I pay £150 for it! GET OFF DAZN, BRING BACK GAMEPASS!!!

DAZN is a joke, unusable service and non-existent customer support. Bring back last year’s nfl gamepass, please

Taken a platform that had its problems but was 99% fine and trashed it.

The original NFL Gamepass was perfect! Now dazn has ruined everything! It's no longer an awesome entertainment watching the NFL. I now have to deal with Log in problems via my FireTV and other devices, streaming glitches and complete drop-outs, and most of all, a dull and nerve-wrecking "music" in between the commercial breaks instead of the commercials itself...lesser functionalities than promised: No download option, no coaches film, and so on. I'm completely disappointed by the new dazn Gamepass and will cancel my subscription at least after the next season if nothing happens on dazn's side.

I have always had the Gamepass and found it great. When the switch to DAZN was announced, I canceled and wanted to observe the quality first. With the current experiences of other users, I will not buy the Gamepass at DAZN. The NFL has one less fan and viewer. Very sad, because now I can no longer see every game of my favorite club. I hope other users try to cancel their subscription or not renew. I'm afraid, only about financial losses for DAZN/NFL can the whole thing maybe still turn to the positive.

Some of the problems listed have always been in place for preseason, but the download option missing is unforgivable and ads prior to the stream on an expensive product are unacceptable.

We pay but get a second class experience. Not fair

NFl you need to remove DAZN from this immediately if you are serious about growing the game
