DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

My wife and I had gladly subscribed to NFL GamePass for the past 10 years while living in New Zealand and now Australia without any issues. Unfortunately, when we had to change to DAZN, the streaming quality was very poor (worse than it had ever been even as far back as 2012). We regrettably had to cancel it and get a full refund (which we were glad to get without any hassles). We missed seeing the entire 2023/24 season and would like to come back to subscribing if we could have some assurance that the streaming quality would go back to what it was with NFL GamePass. However, until we can be sure, we won't. :(

I'm in Australia, and have subscribed to and watched GP for many years, and have held it up to others as the gold standard for sports apps, but DAZN is the WORST platform I have ever used. I won't be renewing; I'll watch games on Kayo instead.

Ist fürchterlich. Jedes Mal das Video 2 mal anklicken damit das Video started. Game in 40 war versteckt. Und die Beschriftung nun zum kotzen. Highlights schon öfter angeschaut wo ich das Game in 40 schauen wollte. Qualität ist beschissen. Da kann ich es gleich online streamen. Alarme funktioniert am Anfang auch nicht. Unübersichtlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Und bitte wo war der sunday in 60!!!

I had NFL Game Pass 'til last season and using app on Firestick or Android, or watching via browser was a great experience; DAZN provides a quality level unacceptable: in case of little faults of the network, its cache is not enough to guarantee the same service provided by Netflix; a lot of issues with audio quality, syncro between audio & video...

Dazn constantly bugs, the matches of Nfl are horrible to watch

All of the described problems! And a "Game in 40" with sound about 2-3 seconds in front of picture. When chating with DAZN support they do not know anything! Try to reboot your entire home network was their solution! Reinstall app etc. When watching with roaming from cell phone the problem was still there. Not another year with DAZN!

i hate DAZN and its terrible presentation of the NFL, it is featureless, touching the app makes your tv stop playing the game, they removed stats and game stats in favor of a distracting chat window that can't be closed. i want to watch NFL. DAZN is making that impossible.

Disappointed with Dazn. Went from game pass to Sky, but would prefer to have game pass back.

DAZN is just not doing it right. I hope this was an elaborate way of getting us former complainers about the poor quality of Gamepass to finally shut up, because DAZN's is awful and I'd take Gamepass back in a heartbeat, flaws and all.

Missed 3 regular season games and now the 2 playoff games because their app is not working. I want a refund!!!

Please give us back the quality of the original nfl GamePass. DAZN has ruined the fun watching the games. It’s been more than annoying when DAZN shows his stupid blue screen with stupid background noise! Horrible! Not when I pay a lot of money!

Been unable to follow my favourite team (Bills) as I refuse to pay for such terrible service. Bring back GamePass.

Basically just a SCAMming company! Look at all the complaints and 1 star reviews. They bill you a year subscription without you know it and no customer service what so ever. Bring this company down!

It's January 2024 I am in the UK the DAZN editting of ad free games is terrible, as is the quality of the stream which more recently stops without warning and restarts the game!
