Sweet Lord! This is so bad!!! For many years I have been using NFL GamePass. On the verge of quitong my subscribtion. The guy on the support desk did not know s&€t. Could not help me on the HoF game and how to stream from iPhone to Google ChromeCast. Layout is reallyreally bad too!

Have been a Game Pass subscriber for as long as I can remember, not anymore. After jumping through hoops with DAZN I finally managed to cancel my subscription. Guess I'll have to find other ways to enjoy the NFL.

Worst service ever. NFL Gamepass needs to return. If I can’t watch games whilst travelling on business - why pay for the sevice?
Hanging on Samsung device.
Constant buffering on a fibre connection.
No coach tape.
No previous years games

This is a pathetic experience, stream quality is not HD. No ability to download to device and yet we are charged the same amount. No game in 40 in the DAZN Apple TV app either.

On top of providing an inferior product DAZN's customer service is a disgrace. After numerous emails and chat sessions, my issue has still not been fixed. It has been almost two months now.

The multi billion NFL should be ashamed of how they treat fans/customers.
Year after year there are issues with gamepass but this transfer to DAZN has been a disgrace.
Taken money from my account without permission for an inferior product. Almost zero customer service except a bot email, to admit the error. I responded to the email but they have done nothing since

Was going to sign up until I read all of the reviews! Why can't a comprehensive service be delivered to the UK, with the same functionality as the US?

I thought NFL wanted to expand its brand outside of US. Maybe I was mistaken. Choosing DAZN was a huge mistake, somebody didn't do their work. I cancelled my subscription because of the unacceptable service DAZN provides and the experience getting a lot worse than before (see the petition description for details). Well, maybe it is time to look for other options. It was fun while it lasted.
