Was going to sign up until I read all of the reviews! Why can't a comprehensive service be delivered to the UK, with the same functionality as the US?

I thought NFL wanted to expand its brand outside of US. Maybe I was mistaken. Choosing DAZN was a huge mistake, somebody didn't do their work. I cancelled my subscription because of the unacceptable service DAZN provides and the experience getting a lot worse than before (see the petition description for details). Well, maybe it is time to look for other options. It was fun while it lasted.

Customer service worst that I have ever seen in my life. When I watch games later, stream just stop middle of game. You can't use your keyboard for skipping stream ahead 30 seconds, onky mouse button workshop. If you start to watch live game later, you can't choose to watch It from beginnig. It will go live stream and possibly spoileri you expeerience by showing current score. Overall very bad service, last year gamepass was much more better and cheaper. They raise the prize, but service is much more worse.

DAZN completely destroyed the user experience of NFL gamepass. Not willing to pay even a fraction of the cost for this.

A fundamentally worse experience than the old NFL Game Pass which has resulted in me cancelling my subscription.

There's really no excuse to treat loyal NFL fans like this! DAZN is an abominable joke of a streaming site.

The service provided is not up to quality. Massive downgrade from gamepass - I've cancelled my account.
