DAZN is destroying the GamePass NFL experience. Bring it back!

Dazn for lgtv is the worst. Takes forever to get the games, always giving error messages, game stops in the middle to allow for more memory then reboots so you need to start from scratch again to get back to your game. I never had these problems with the original NFL game pass

My subscription for 2024 will increase by about 300%. Cannot contact any one at DAZN regarding any explanation for this increase. Just a huge money making exercise for them where it appears that an individual subscriber is deemed unimportant.

The quality is horrible in Aus, constantly buffering even tho I have over 25mbps download... I just want to enjoy a game for once

I've been living outside of the states for 10 years and NFL Game Pass was so good! Living in Thailand, it was always great to watch the game later without knowing the score. My experience with DAZN has been dreadful. I couldn't seem to watch my Bills games the morning after without knowing the score. A terrible experience.

Trying to watch any show on Dazn has it reloading or refreshing every 10-20 seconds.

As GamePass users of ten years or so, DAZN has been absolutely awful for us. We watch on an LG TV app and it never has full games properly available without glitches until Monday evening. They only seem to cater for people who want to watch 5 min clips rather than the full NFL experience. Awful, awful year - not sure we will renew.

Horrendous company remove as soon as possible

DAZN sucks. I want the real game pass back. DAZN go home and stop killing the game with your dumb German commercials.

I would like to bring the German commentators back and would like to have the option to watch American or German Commentators. For me, watching the games in German was a great way to improve my German but that was taken away this year.

This DAZN experience is horrible uns unprofessional.

This dazn app for nfl is rubbish sky is far better nfl need to take it back from dsxn and give it back yo sky UK or they see going to loose alot of fans why change that's not broken

Same problems in France as explain in the text of this petition. A very big downgrade.

1. The streaming quality is poor 2. I can’t find all the games 3. Presentation of games to watch is poor

DAZN numerous issues, bad editing game in 40, no game in 40 for first few months, full game is now 5hr incl adverts when used to be 2hr edited on NFL game pass, no download option, website DAZN works A LOT WORSE then app version so i need 2 devices to watch games to stream to TV,

I've been a member of NFL Game Pass since the beginning. Thanks to the new provider DAZN, I have cancelled my subscription and am exploring other options. What a huge disappointment.

The stream quality is terrible and when I watch it just randomly skips to a point in the middle of the game. I want to start at the beginning so I don't see the score. DAZN doesn't even have a customer service phone number and their chat bot is absolutely useless. Their chat assured me I would be able to use the service in two countries and that wasn't true as I can only access from the country I signed up in. I hope people cancel their subscriptions to this terrible service and that the old NFL game pass comes back ASAP.

DAZN is awful. I am seriously considering not watching football anymore BECAUSE I CAN'T WATCH FOOTBALL PROPOERLY THROUGH DAZN. It glitches & freezes every 10 sec and watching the games is sooooo frustrating. Every play it freezes and jumps and is horrible. For the amount of money they are receiving it is close to robbery.

The worst football watching experience . I had to stop watching a game tonight because it was just too frustrating trying to fast forward through ads, the picture is low quality and there’s just too much junk on the screen I can’t get rid of. DAZN is the worst. And what’s more the picture doesn’t fit my iPad info is getting cropped. Everything about this app is mushy and bad.
