New Zealand NFL fan here. DAZN app is the worst streaming app that I use and the only one that doesn't Chromecast...
The poor standard of streams, the lack of features and the increased restrictions that DAZN have brought to Gamepass is a disgrace. All this for the same price that we were paying last year and so from a business and consumer stand point, DAZN are not meeting their obligations to the NFL or the fans. The NFL product has been depreciated and the fans are paying a premium price for a sub-standard service.
Its like going from the best seat in the stadium to watching it on the TV in the stadium toilet... It stinks

DAZN has removed/destroyed all the easy access that was the original Gamepass. A terrible decision in my opinion. I agree with all the points being made.

After assuring me that I would be paying in installments, they then assured me that I would receive a refund and when I have queried three times since, they've assured me that I will receive it. This was over 2 weeks ago?

DAZN sucks absolutely. So many button press before actually watching a game in low quality and the commentators boring as heck. Actually thinking this isn't value for the money and I may stop watching NFL.

Also £150 taken out of my account instead of the monthly subscription charge. Which in the current financial climate can hit people quite hard

DAZN is useless. Have used GamePass happily for several years but will be demanding a refund from this. Crappy quality and no Chromecast support? Not paying for that.
