The app is useless: has bad navigation and no casting options. Really sad after being used to the GamePass app for years now. I want my money back.

I totally agree, that the NFL total access experience has dramatically decreased however the payment for the product hasn't. My personal estimate is that the value has decreased with 60%

It’s a joke, most platforms don’t work, no 4K. It’s a lesser product and it’s ruining the NFL experience internationally

The Dazn streaming service is awful, and a major scam. I always watch NFL Superbowl every year withy friends. But after being overcharged 250 euros and fighting with Dazn for a refund, filing of police reports and contact with the ombudsman, I don't ever trust resubscribing to that service!

It’s even worse than described! The way that the DAZN page is set up it gives the impression, that the Gamepass is included in the Unlimited membership while it’s really not. Because of the non existent information provided I booked the membership only to find out, that neither Redzone or any of the additional features are available.
I can’t cancel the membership now and have to add the Gamepass for another 120 € on top. DAZN are modern day bandits!

日本では他国以上の金額でGAMEPASSを契約しています。今までと同じ金額でのダウングレードは到底受け入れられません。
I contract with amounts of money more than other countries in Japan. The downgrade with the same amount of money is not possibly accepted so far.

The service offered by DAZN is abyssmal and i’ve had to reluctantly reduce my NFL watching down to what’s available on free to air.
