7145 signers here - 50% may really leave = 3572 accounts not paying (approx. 250€/pa) = 893.000 € lost.

Sorry, going to leave NFL now - after being a long years gamepass user. Cost and quality is not the same anymore. DAZN is a nightmare as every offer in Germany usually assumes that users are content pirates and therefore restrict as much as possible - no trust, only more cost. DAZN now expect a monthly fee instead of the anual cost. I want NFL games - NOTHING more. Why should I pay for more?

The streaming quality is just so bad on DAZN, I end up buffering every time I watch it till I give up on the season.

Worst decision ever to give it to DANZ. The quality in both product and service is dismal now. I have canceled my subscription and forgo watching a sport i love because of this stupid app.

As was already said, the DAZN experiment degrades the NFL Game Pass product. Getting close to just canceling and moving in from NFL watching.

Usability and customer offer is poorer under DAZN. Price has also just risen, so cancelled my subscription accordingly. Very disappinted in the NFL GamePass experience in UK.

Despite improvements this past season, the app has regressed massively during the off season and it's unusable to watch live in full screen on the phone. Plus it fails to load on demand shows as well

DAZN forced upon me after enjoying the NFL Gamepass experience. Service immediately went downhill. Account management is almost impossible. Customer service pretends to listen then tells you to access content directly from NFL website. Some of the functions do not work on the FireStick. Game content is poor (watched half a match with no sound and sometimes get to hear English and Spanish on same feed). Advertising's is absolutely appalling. Blank screen between DAZN advertising and original broadcast is very offputting. Wish I could give my money directly to NFL.

Dazn is dazed and confused. This service is useless, I have cancelled it and blocked my credit card. Rubbish service. Same on the sport of American football.

DAZN has totally ruined the NFL Game Pass experience. Poor customer service, appalling stream navigation with 30 second navigation, bad stream quality, unsatisfactory device allowance and the simply unacceptable fact that the all-22 is missing despite paying the same price.

DAZN even tried to charge me though their service was unavailable in my country. I had to call the NFL for help to get out of that sub.

A streaming company offering very bad video quality, no video pop-outs and an unbelievably poor and ignorant service. They have just advised me to use Google Lens to translate the communication they will apparently keep sending in the wrong language. Shame on you, NFL. What a dreadful way of treating your fans.

Can’t watch full games only highlights. Half the time doesn’t even load the game. Its rubbish. NFL take back the game pass it’s not always about $
