I have a 500Mbps connection and cannot watch in HD. I used to to be able to watch the stream with my preferred team's audio. Not anymore.

Glitchy. No US adverts. Same repeat fillers in ad breaks. This is awful. I hate it!!

Not only do you not get American Adverts, which would at least be understandable for live games, but you have to watch adverts for your own country on a service you paid for, and then adverts for replay, how is this a justifiable paid streaming service?

It's been a year since DAZN has been ruining the NFL Game Pass experience. The NFL needs to take back the Game Pass or DAZN needs to rethink its approach on this matter. It's simply disgraceful.

Game in 40 lacks flow and often important decisions are cut out. I’m a novice viewer from UK and had Game pass for 3 years before Dazn. If I noticed how bad it is it must be awful for full hardy fans. Bring back Game Pass for uk.

New monthly prices are just stupid. If you follow a specific team, you watch one game per week. Cannot justify the cost.

Cancelled my subscription.
Starting a stream from "the start of a game" while the game is in progress means any buffering the stream fast forwards to live broadcast and scores are of course shown and the game is spoiled.
Bad UI, clunky experience, I want my gamepass back.

We had GamePass for over 10 years in NZ and Australia with no issues. After the required switch to DAZN last year, we couldn't get through a single game without problems. Our internet was fine; DAZN streaming was terrible. In 2023 they couldn't stream as well as we had in 2012? That really is unacceptable. Luckily, we got a full refund. We were very disappointed to miss the whole season. We will not return to DAZN. Please select a different provider who can stream properly.
