I have 3 Grandchildren attending Holy Angels School, Dayton Ohio. All of them have loved school, until this school year. Recently, one of my grandsons told me he hated Sundays. I assumed because of dressing for Mass. When I asked, he said "because we have to go to school tomorrow". That is not conducive to any learning, and is in my opinion, tragic. Please change this current system.

Stop Common Core! It is so bad that I find it hard to put my feeling into words. I have been to the Ohio State Capital building for hearings 0n HB 237. I listened to testimony from Sandra Stotsky . CCSS gives local control to the Federal Government, it is copyrighted and can only be added and never changed, it is an attempt to do data mining on our children. This information collected will then be sold. It is pure evil. St. Mary Parish Urbana,OH

My kids go to a public school that is not predominately Catholic; but my kids are and all of this Common Core education should be thrown out! I see already how simple math problems are becoming full sheet math problems. They call this math rationalizing - I call it bringing down a child's self esteem. I now have kids who cry because they can answer or get the problem but cannot put down as an essay how they came to this conclusion. Crazy!!!!
